This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Pitch Designer based in the United States.
As a Senior Pitch Designer, you will lead the visual development of high-impact enterprise new business pursuits from concept through final presentation.
You will transform strategy, analytics, audits, and media plans into compelling visual narratives designed to influence sophisticated prospective clients.
Working closely with growth leaders, strategists, analysts, and subject matter experts, you will shape how complex ideas are presented and understood.
Your work will span presentation design, data visualization, motion, video, RFP materials, and supporting pitch collateral.
You will own the quality, consistency, and technical readiness of every asset delivered during fast-moving pitch cycles.
This is an individual-contributor role in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment where strong creative judgment and execution are equally important.
The position offers significant creative ownership while contributing directly to major business development opportunities.
Accountabilities
Own the visual design and delivery of enterprise pitch decks, from opening narrative and core storyline through appendices and supporting materials.
Prioritize and manage workloads across an active pursuit pipeline, proactively communicating competing deadlines, dependencies, and resource requirements.
Translate audit findings, media plans, performance data, and strategic recommendations into clear, compelling, and brand-aligned visualizations.
Develop custom branding and presentation design guidelines for individual pursuits when required.
Create motion and video assets, including sizzle reels, animated case studies, transitions, and short-form video integrated into live presentations.
Assemble case studies, credentials, team profiles, and other reusable content from existing libraries.
Format RFP and RFI responses in Word and Google Docs, including tables, exhibits, covers, and other branded elements.
Produce supplemental materials such as leave-behind PDFs, one-pagers, capability sheets, proposal covers, concepts, and activation mockups.
Prepare presenter-ready deliverables across PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, and video formats, testing files in the environment where they will be presented.
Support rehearsal sessions and live pitches, incorporating late-stage changes and helping presentation teams remain prepared and confident.
Build and maintain master pitch templates, slide libraries, and reusable design components, while documenting systems so non-designers can use them effectively.
Archive final presentation files, source files, linked assets, and fonts at the conclusion of each pursuit.
At least 3 years of professional design experience, with meaningful experience in presentation, pitch, or new business design.
Experience working within a performance marketing, media, or creative agency environment.
A strong portfolio demonstrating presentation decks and pitch materials, ideally including work that contributed to winning new business.
Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Google Slides, including master layouts, animation, file management, and presentation handoff requirements.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, as well as Figma.
Experience with video editing and motion graphics using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or comparable tools, with the ability to independently produce polished pitch videos.
Strong data visualization skills and sound judgment around how best to communicate quantitative information visually.
Ability to work effectively from strategic and analytical inputs and ask the right questions to clarify the purpose and message of a deliverable.
Excellent time-management skills and composure under significant deadline pressure, including compressed pitch timelines.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to incorporate direction from senior stakeholders while contributing an independent creative perspective.
Willingness to flex working hours during active pitch periods, including occasional evenings or weekends around critical deadlines.
Familiarity with the technical requirements of digital and print production.
Familiarity with RFP and RFI processes and proposal software is a plus.
Experience building or maintaining brand or presentation design systems is a plus.
Familiarity with Asana or similar project-management platforms is a plus.
Light copy-editing skills and the ability to refine headlines and presentation language are advantageous.
Sound design and music-selection experience for video work is a plus.

Annual salary range of $157,000-$175,000, depending on skills, experience, education, certifications, scope of responsibility, location, and other relevant factors.
