Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Email & Publishing Tools based in United States.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own core publishing experiences that enable creators to build and distribute high-quality content at scale.

You’ll shape the strategy and roadmap for tools such as email editors, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.

Your work will influence hundreds of thousands of creators and the experiences delivered to more than a billion subscribers.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant autonomy, ownership, and strategic influence.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales to turn customer needs into impactful products.

The role combines product strategy, quantitative decision-making, systems thinking, and a strong focus on visual craft and usability.

You’ll thrive in a fully remote, globally distributed environment where thoughtful experimentation and high-quality execution are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

    • Own key publishing and content-creation product surfaces end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and defining strategy through development, launch, and measurement.
    • Set a clear product vision, strategy, goals, and roadmap for email creation, landing pages, forms, newsletter sites, and related publishing experiences.
    • Use customer research, quantitative analysis, product data, and business context to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and measure outcomes.
    • Partner deeply with Engineering and Design to build scalable, fast, flexible, visually polished, and intuitive product experiences.
    • Collaborate across Marketing, Data, Success, Sales, and other functions to align product development with customer needs and go-to-market priorities.
    • Establish effective product rituals, communicate progress toward goals, and build organizational understanding around the strategy and direction of the product area.
    • Lead major initiatives from conception through successful launch, balancing immediate customer value with long-term platform foundations.
    • Explore and evaluate AI capabilities, incorporating AI thoughtfully into both product development workflows and customer-facing experiences where it can create meaningful value.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of online content creation and publishing trends to inform product strategy and competitive positioning.
    • Operate with a high degree of ownership and autonomy in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while influencing stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
    • Requirements:

      • 6-9+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving software product area.
      • Proven experience building and scaling high-quality software products, ideally involving creation tools, editors, publishing platforms, or other content-focused experiences.
      • Deep experience with online content creation and a strong understanding of the needs and workflows of creators.
      • Strong product judgment, prioritization skills, systems thinking, and quantitative decision-making capabilities.
      • Demonstrated ability to partner closely with designers to establish long-term product vision and deliver high standards of visual quality, usability, and craft.
      • Strong AI fluency, including comfort using AI tools in day-to-day workflows and evaluating where AI can meaningfully improve products.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, goals, and results to audiences at different levels.
      • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders without direct authority.
      • High ownership, autonomy, curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward continuous learning.
      • Strong customer orientation balanced with sound business judgment and commercial discipline.
      • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, distinguish meaningful signals from noise, and balance short-term execution with long-term strategy.
      • A strong eye for detail and product craft, with genuine care for how experiences look, feel, and function.
      • Availability for consistent collaboration across U.S. and European time zones, including recurring meetings during designated Eastern Time windows.
      • Experience in publishing or content creation is a plus.
      • Benefits:

        • Standardized annual salary of $173,000 for this role, with level determined based on experience and the interview process.
        • Profit-sharing opportunities and company equity.
        • 401(k) with a 5% employer match.
        • Medical insurance with up to $2,100 per month toward premiums, plus fully covered dental and vision premiums.
        • $2,000 equipment allowance during the first two years, followed by a $1,000 allowance every two years; company-provided laptop included separately.
        • $3,500 annual individual learning and development budget.
        • Gender-affirming benefits and childcare support of up to $3,000 annually.
        • 20 days of paid time off each year, plus 10 paid holidays.
        • Additional $1,000 after-tax bonus for taking five consecutive fully unplugged vacation days.
        • Two weeks of paid sick time annually, including mental health and wellbeing days.
        • 12 weeks of paid parental leave with flexible scheduling during a child’s first year.
        • Paid bereavement, medical, and disaster leave, with expanded eligibility after six months.
        • Company-wide winter break closure at the end of December, with essential support coverage maintained.
        • Four-week paid sabbatical after five years with the team.
        • Twice-yearly in-person or virtual team retreats.
        • Fully remote work environment with a globally distributed team and dedicated focus time on Fridays.
