Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Security Engineer, Insider Threat based in United States.

This is a high-impact security engineering role within a fast-paced Threat Detection and Response environment.

You will help build and mature an insider threat program designed to protect sensitive data, systems, and infrastructure.

You will develop scalable detection logic, automation, and models to identify anomalous behavior and data exfiltration.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, HR, Legal, and other business teams during complex investigations.

The position offers the opportunity to shape security capabilities across a large and technically sophisticated environment.

A strong balance of technical depth, investigative judgment, and calm decision-making is essential for success.

      • Strong understanding of how insider threat programs and incident response teams coordinate during active investigations.
      • Knowledge of insider threat challenges within consumer-facing/B2C technology environments.
      • Familiarity with the Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks and their application to insider threat scenarios.
      • Demonstrated experience automating security detection and response workflows.
      • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
