This is a full-time remote opportunity for an experienced software engineer who specializes in building scalable, high-quality enterprise applications.
The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering modern software solutions using .NET, Angular, and cloud technologies.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create products that solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable customer value.

You will contribute throughout the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture decisions to deployment and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade software solutions while collaborating with clients and engineering teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Key responsibilities include:
- Building efficient, scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions using modern development practices.
- Developing applications using .NET, C#, Angular, and related technologies while following high-quality coding standards.
- Collaborating with project stakeholders to communicate progress, provide recommendations, and align technical solutions with business goals.
- Participating in requirements gathering, feature planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Designing, implementing, and testing features throughout the complete software development lifecycle.
- Applying object-oriented programming principles, SOLID principles, and software engineering best practices.
- Developing solutions that are performant, testable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Participating in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and team collaboration activities.
- Working closely with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user needs and deliver impactful solutions.
- Supporting technical growth by mentoring other engineers and contributing to engineering communities and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Taking ownership of project delivery from concept through deployment while demonstrating technical autonomy and accountability.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong software engineering experience, expertise in modern development frameworks, and the ability to deliver complex enterprise solutions. Required qualifications and skills include:
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and Angular.
- Experience working with Azure and cloud-based development environments.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, including abstraction and encapsulation.
- Experience creating scalable, performant, and well-tested enterprise-level applications.
- Experience with C# WinForms, Access, and OLEDB.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and software design best practices.
- Familiarity with OWASP security principles and secure development practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience mentoring engineers and supporting technical decision-making.
- Additional experience with ORMs, architectural patterns (microservices, serverless), design patterns, unit testing, cloud platforms, Docker, and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different technologies and client-specific development environments.
