We are looking for a highly skilled frontend engineer to help build scalable, high-performance web applications at the intersection of FinTech and AI.
In this role, you will contribute to a modern SaaS platform designed to improve financial workflows and revenue operations for global businesses.
You will work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to create intuitive, reliable, and impactful user experiences.

Accountabilities:
As a Senior/Principal Frontend Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and improving frontend solutions that support critical financial technology workflows. You will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality products while driving technical excellence, scalability, and user experience improvements.
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver seamless, intuitive, and user-focused digital experiences.
- Integrate APIs and backend services into frontend applications while ensuring reliability and performance.
- Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical decision-making processes.
- Drive improvements in frontend standards, engineering practices, and overall product quality.
- Ensure applications meet responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility requirements.
- Partner with backend engineers to deliver smooth end-to-end functionality across the platform.
- Support frontend performance optimization and scalability initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of AI-powered user experiences and modern application capabilities.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced frontend engineer with a strong product mindset, excellent technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within distributed teams. You should be comfortable taking ownership of complex frontend challenges and contributing to technical direction.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on frontend development.
- Solid commercial experience building applications with React.
- Experience with Next.js or similar modern frontend frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience integrating APIs into web applications.
- Understanding of backend concepts and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility principles.
- Experience participating in frontend architecture decisions and technical discussions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within remote, international teams.
- Upper-intermediate English level or higher.
Nice-to-have qualifications:
- Experience with Vue or Angular.
- Knowledge of Node.js or NestJS.
- Experience optimizing frontend performance and improving build processes.
- Experience creating AI-powered user experiences.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations, including OpenAI, Anthropic, AI SDKs, or prompt-based applications.
- Previous experience working on SaaS, FinTech, or financial technology products.
