This role serves as a technical subject matter expert responsible for delivering technology implementations within a healthcare revenue cycle environment.
You will translate business needs into technical solutions that support successful client onboarding and system deployment.
The position spans the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and configuration through testing, integration, and go-live.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions integrate effectively with existing platforms and meet client specifications.
A strong focus on workflow optimization, compliance, documentation, and issue resolution will help drive reliable implementation outcomes.
You will also monitor solutions after deployment, using performance insights to identify enhancements and improve functionality and user experience.

Accountabilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements gathering, technical analysis, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
- Serve as a technical subject matter expert throughout implementation projects, providing guidance and resolving complex technical or functional issues.
- Manage integration activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure new solutions work effectively with existing systems and platforms.
- Support client onboarding by ensuring technology solutions are configured according to business needs, technical requirements, and client specifications.
- Evaluate and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency, system functionality, and overall user experience.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation, implementation materials, configuration records, and other project-related resources.
- Coordinate testing activities, identify defects or implementation risks, and support timely resolution before and after deployment.
- Ensure implementation activities adhere to applicable healthcare, security, compliance, and organizational standards.
- Monitor system and implementation performance after deployment, analyzing metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Recommend enhancements and process improvements based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving business requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with technical, operational, project management, and client-facing stakeholders to ensure high-quality implementation outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in technical implementation, systems analysis, business systems, healthcare technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of implementation methodologies, system configuration, requirements gathering, integration processes, testing, and deployment.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications and practical technology solutions.
- Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and the technology platforms that support healthcare financial or administrative workflows is highly valuable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to investigate complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple implementation activities, priorities, and deadlines.
