Profile match
Jobgether is a Belgian recruitment platform built entirely around remote and flexible work, aggregating openings from thousands of employers that allow work from outside an office. Its matching engine ranks roles against a candidate's skills, seniority and stated preferences on location and flexibility, rather than leaving people to filter a keyword search, and it verifies how genuinely remote each posting is. The company also runs an AI screening layer that shortlists applicants for employers, and publishes research and guidance on distributed work practices alongside the job marketplace itself.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Business Operations Specialist based in the United States.

This role supports enterprise knowledge management, business process improvement, and collaborative technology initiatives within a federal healthcare environment.

You will help simplify, standardize, and automate processes while strengthening knowledge-sharing across teams and stakeholders.

The position combines SharePoint and Microsoft 365 expertise with knowledge management, business process management, analytics, and web content support.

You will work closely with users and leadership to understand operational needs and translate them into practical technology-enabled solutions.

A key focus will be building scalable collaboration environments, improving workflows, maintaining high-quality content, and supporting secure information management.

The role offers significant visibility, requiring you to manage multiple high-priority initiatives while delivering responsive customer and technical support.

Success will depend on strong communication, analytical thinking, technical expertise, and the ability to bring structure and efficiency to complex business processes.
