Job Title: Chief Operating Officer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented Chief Operating Officer to manage day-to-day activities, improve operational efficiency, and help execute the company's vision. Working closely with the CEO and the leadership team, this role will focus on scaling operations and ensuring sustainable growth.

• Supervise and improve day-to-day business operations
• Lead process improvement initiatives and maintain operational excellence
• Manage and develop cross-functional teams
• Ensure optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive performance outcomes
• Assist in strategic planning and execution

• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in operations management, including at least 3 years in a senior role
• Proven ability to drive growth and efficiency
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
