  • Maintain a strong financial control environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial governance requirements.
  • Lead and develop the local finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Support capital investment decisions by preparing business cases, evaluating financial returns, and conducting post-investment reviews.
  • Partner with operational teams to support productivity initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and operational excellence programs.
  • Perform financial analysis to support key business decisions, including make-versus-buy evaluations and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Manage plant inventory reporting, inventory controls, and inventory health metrics to support working capital and operational performance targets.
  • Oversee product costing activities, including transfer pricing and ERP costing data maintenance.
  • Coordinate and support annual physical inventory counts and inventory control processes.

How you will do it

  • Build strong partnerships with plant leadership, operational teams, and finance colleagues to align financial objectives with business priorities.
  • Translate complex financial information into clear insights that support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Use data-driven analysis to identify performance drivers, uncover opportunities, and proactively address risks.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Leverage manufacturing ERP systems and financial reporting tools to ensure accurate costing, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Lead with curiosity, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders across finance and operations to deliver shared business goals.
