What this job involves:
The role serves as the primary management point of contact for JLL and client managers regarding asset management strategies, proactively building and maintaining positive client relationships. You will support the Account team in developing, managing, and operating the asset management program while ensuring asset registers are maintained and validated with all required attributes and specifications in formats consistent with JLL's CMMS tools and platforms.
This includes developing account-specific asset management processes and governance aligned with the JLL Engineering Operations playbook, such as the Asset Data Collection and Validation guide. You will also work closely with the account vendor network to support asset data management and maintenance, ensuring data quality and accuracy throughout.
Main Duties:
Ensure the Asset Management tools are operatingin accordance withclient and account team expectations and appropriate maintenancereporting is delivered, with key asset performance reporting provided in the required format.
Ensure CMMS (i.e. Corrigo) asset and PPM data is up to date by managingasset and property ons/offchange.
Ensure the effective scheduling and allocation of preventative maintenance task, delivering on the strategic objectivesfor the clientin conjunction with Performance Scheduler.
Ensure that plannedand reactive work order, asset and life cyclereports are developed and communicated within the JLL account team FM team as defined by the client and senior JLL account members.
Ensure the development of any capital works are done so in line with client budgetary expectations and supported by defensible data analytics.
Maintain and update the Corrigo Asset Registerin accordance withData Governance & Engineering frameworks and client requirements, through regular engagement with Construction & FM Projects teams and service contractors.
Collaborate with JLL Sourcing & Procurement team in the engagement of contractors to acquireand validateasset data to build a functional and reliable register of Australia Post critical plant and equipment
Develop and operationalise the Life Cycle Asset Management (LCAM) platform to providedata-driven insights into asset condition, performance and spend across the client portfolio, and to support the forecasting of CAPEX needs using defensible lifecycle analytics
Build confidence around Corrigo and LCAM utilizationacross JLL and Australia Post teams through delivery of tailored learning and development materials
Work in close consultation with Data Governance to ensure the appropriate applicationof account and client policy and procedure within agreed frameworks
Employ a continuous improvement approach to asset management practice
Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering or related field are desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrable experience within a similar role will be well regarded.
At least three years of experience in managing and delivering asset management and maintenance strategies in a commercial environment
A demonstrated aptitude for the interpretation and analysis of numerical data; preferably in an energy, emissionsor utilities context with an understanding of how they relate to the property and building management.
The ability to extract and analyse data into clear and logical reports with a particular attention to detail.
Proficient in the use of the MS Office product suite including Word, Excel, PowerPointand Outlook, particularly Excel with a knowledge of pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas, etc.
Member of Professional Institution is preferred
