Senior Facility Officer:

Job Description

Communicating with clients or employers about project, event or tasks expectations and goals.

Collaborating with clients or employers, finance teams and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds.

Delegating tasks to appropriate team members Managing deadlines and progress across the team to ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget.

Organizing third-party providers and vendors to deliver elements that can’t be produced in-house.

Overseeing the delivery of projects and making adjustments as necessary to ensure they are delivered to specifications and high standards.

Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and other project users to gauge satisfaction and success.

Establish Building Employment Services Operational procedures and roll out for site staff Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLA

Preparing Draff of CCR for any additional cost related with additional scope coverage.

Facilities Management.

Senior Facility Officer must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.

Responsible for Site Facilities Operation.

Establish Building Employment Services Operational procedures and roll out for site staff Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with Client Management SLA

Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations Initiative strategies to reduce the Building Operation repair cost.

Manage all in house/contract vendors to carry out the job as per SLA.

Initiate and maintain Preventive Management Program Responsible on the follow up BAC/AR closure as per SLA Operation improvement. (To manage day to day operation and issues arise)

Execute Improvement Project and coordinating with contractors/vendors.

Client/Stakeholder Management Manage the key client team representatives effectively to ensure that expected service levels are achieved

Build strong working relationships with key client representatives.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of programs and procedures Procurement & Vendor Management Review the service practices of in house/contractors to deliver quality work practices and documentation.

Risk Management Protect the health and safety of staff and others.

Ensure compliance with JLL programs and audit programs

Site Operations Plan and take responsibility for smooth operations of all Civil works pertaining to the facility 24/7 Emergency call support and site attendance is required

Manage building scope and projects to ensure the quality and deliverables within the stipulated time.

Develop and implement innovation programs and processes that reduce costs, increase productivity and savings.

Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement Targets Emergency Call Out Stand by 24*7 for all emergency call outs prepare incident reports.

Coordinate appropriate action for rectification including preliminary analysis of fault

Education and experience.

Min. Diploma in engineering, facilities management /or 5 years’ experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field.

Experience working in building management will be an added advantage.

Skills and Competency Excellent management and organizational skills, and good at meeting deadlines. Good Interpersonal skills
