 Role Title: Labour Compliance / Statutory Compliance Executive

 Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

 Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience

 Education : Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), B.Com, MSW

Key Responsibilities

• Statutory Compliance: Manage compliance under Karnataka-specific and central acts like the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, Payment of Wages Act, and Minimum Wages Act etc.
• Payroll Statutory Oversight: Coordinate with HR and finance to ensure accurate, timely processing and filings for PF (Provident Fund), ESIC (Employees' State Insurance), Professional Tax (PT), and Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) etc.
• Contract Labour Management: Oversee compliance for third-party vendors and contract workers, ensuring proper licensing, wage distribution, and record maintenance under the Contract Labour Act etc.
• Audits and Inspections: Plan and execute internal compliance audits, host external statutory inspections, and fix identified gaps immediately.
• Licensing and Registrations: Handle end-to-end applications, renewals, and display of statutory licenses or establishment registrations

Required Skills and Qualifications-

Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of Indian labor frameworks and emerging draft state rules under the Labour Codes.

Communication: Excellent Kannada and English verbal and written communication skills for dealing with local labor authorities.

Analytical Skills: High attention to detail for managing registers, filing returns, and tracking statutory updates
