Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection: Gather data on facility operations including maintenance, utilities, occupancy, and vendor performance.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for leadership review.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns in energy usage, maintenance costs, and space utilization.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop visual dashboards using BI tools for real-time monitoring.
- Compliance Tracking: Ensure facility data aligns with audit and regulatory requirements.
- Vendor Performance: Track SLA adherence and escalate deviations.
- Process Improvement: Recommend efficiency improvements based on data insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with facility managers, operations teams, and finance for aligned reporting.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
- Ability to handle large datasets and ensure accuracy.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of facility operations and compliance standards.
