  • Effectively use and manage the CMMS to document all work activities, asset maintenance records, preventive maintenance, vendor maintenance, and invoicing.
  • Responsible for hard services quality assurance programming, including evaluating maintenance effectiveness, recurring equipment issues, and overall system reliability.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, OEMs, and suppliers to secure best-in-class service delivery and cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of central plants, mechanical and electrical spaces, critical environments, building systems, and equipment to identify potential reliability, safety, maintenance, and compliance issues.
  • Support root-cause analysis and corrective action planning for significant or recurring equipment failures and infrastructure issues.
  • Implement energy-efficient initiatives, sustainability practices, and plant optimization strategies to optimize resource utilization and reduce operating costs without compromising system reliability.
