Job Description

Duties & responsibilities

• Responsibilities encompass areas of MS Excel for in scope basic reporting
• Analyses PAM Business Technology - System and User Set Up
• Uses data organizing and coordination skills to support the business and perform technical work.
• Assist in vendor inquiries for Business Technology system settings
• Update Process documentation as required and conducts training for business continuity support
• Resolves issues in a tactful and expedient manner within service level agreement.
• Implement new initiatives and process improvements
• Ensure all policies and procedures are kept up to date

• Makes suggestions for solutions that resolve problems or improve operations
• Actively searches out improvement opportunities and implements them after consulting on strategy and options with their direct supervisor

Relationship Building:

• Conducts open, collaborative relations with superiors, peers & clients
• Gains respect of JLL people and clients
• Ability to manage and see links across a diverse range of activities

Communication:

• Communicates effectively with superiors, peers, and clients
• Solution focus with the ability to relate to, understand, and command respect from subject matter experts
• Well-developed internal consulting skills, displaying strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking ability

Key Skills:

· MS Office proficient, MS Excel skill is desirable.

· SQL knowledge and experience is not required but an advantage

· Attention to details

· Customer/Vendor relationship

· Organize and can execute best possible solution
