- Allocation of space to new hire.
- Responsible for cafe and Pantry service.
- Responsible for managing the HK team.
- Responsible for Vendor management.
- Responsible for inventory management.
- Responsible for invoicing and PR.
- Ensure immediate response service to Calls & Help line Tickets.
- Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and the service portal.
- Triage and solve the assigned requests according to the service desk’s standard operating procedure. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met to maintain high-quality service.
- Develop various internal reports related to Daily, Weekly & monthly Reports.
- Act as a subject matter expert on soft services and Hospitality management.
- Responsible for Procurement and ordering of Housekeeping Materials and chemicals on Monthly Basis.
- Maintaining Housekeeping attendance and randomly checking the checklists & implementing them.
- Coordinating and verifying the 52-week PPM schedules of Housekeeping.
- Making rounds in premises regularly to identify the House keeping issues, Maintenance issues & take immediate action for Rectification.
- Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for client / VIP visits.
- Interfacing with the pest control for carrying out the pest control activities at the facilities.
- Monitoring the mail room activities.
- Collecting all documents from the vendor for compliance audit.
- Oversee the pantry equipment and reprographic equipment operations during the shift and identify the issues and take necessary actions.
