Position Overview

Manage soft services delivery across multiple operating companies (OpCos), ensuring consistent quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Multi-OpCo Coordination Oversee soft services operations across assigned OpCos with standardized delivery frameworks. Build strong relationships with OpCo leadership and coordinate cross-location initiatives for efficiency and best practice sharing.

Soft Services Management Manage housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, catering, security support, and reception services. Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations, and client requirements across all locations.

Vendor Management Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance across OpCos. Conduct performance reviews, negotiate pricing, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Quality & Compliance Establish KPIs, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions. Monitor service standards and ensure regulatory compliance across all sites.

Budget Management Develop and manage soft services budgets, monitor expenditure, identify cost savings, and optimize resource allocation while maintaining quality.

Stakeholder Engagement Serve as primary contact for soft services matters. Address escalations, communicate performance updates, and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and clients.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5-7 years in soft services/facility management, including 2-3 years managing multi-site operations

Skills: Strong vendor management, negotiation, analytical abilities, facility management software proficiency, excellent communication, and multi-priority management capabilities

Education: Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
