  • Consolidated Operational Audits & Reporting: Oversee global event tool health and intake systems, conducting consolidated operational audits and delivering cross-regional reporting, metric analyses, and executive dashboard reviews across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Cross-Regional Escalation Triage: Serve as the central escalation point for complex operational challenges, policy exceptions, and site-level logistical issues across all regions, investigating root causes to drive continuous improvement.
  • AMER Team Leadership & Coaching: Direct, coach, and support regional site points of contact, Experience Managers, and Event Coordinators across AMER locations, fostering an inclusive environment where teams thrive.
  • Weekly Briefings & Operational Readiness: Lead weekly event briefings across AMER sites and oversee global operational readiness for major signature initiatives, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment.

  • Data-informed approach to operational efficiency, including attendee feedback analysis, intake tracking, and event performance measurement.
  • Proven capability to lead teams through change, complexity, and ambiguity in a highly collaborative global network.
  • Vendor & budget management: Strong track record managing external vendors, contract negotiations, and budget management (forecasting, tracking, and post-event reconciliation).
  • Systems & analytics expertise: Deep experience utilizing event management software, workplace ticketing request systems (e.g., Summit, Jira), and analytical reporting tools to deliver consolidated executive dashboards.
  • Cross-functional partner alignment: Strong cross-functional management skills with AV/IT, Corporate Security, Facilities, and Food & Beverage/Catering teams.
  • Location & Travel Flexibility: Willingness to work onsite in South San Francisco, CA, with flexibility to accommodate variable hours for international team overlap across regions, and ability to travel up to 30% across portfolio locations for event execution and operational audits.
