Role Summary
The TAS Team Lead - Gurugram is responsible for leading the GGN-based Talent Acquisition Services team, owning end-to-end delivery for the India/GGN region's recruitment and HR operations processes. This includes background verification (BGV) case management, vendor coordination, invoicing oversight, and stakeholder reporting. The role reports into the Group Operations Lead - TAS and partners closely with regional Team Leads, HRBPs, and vendor partners to drive consistent, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day performance management, coaching, and development of GGN TAS analysts and specialists.
- Own regional SLA and productivity metrics, including Time to Onboard, Requisition Management hours, and Prohance productivity/availability benchmarks.
- Drive BGV case closure tracking and manage vendor escalations for the region.
- Serve as the primary regional point of contact for stakeholder reporting, including Monthly Business Review (MBR) inputs and leadership dashboards.
- Partner with HRBPs and cross-regional Team Leads on process standardization and participation in TAS Transformation initiatives.
- Oversee invoicing and vendor handover processes specific to the GGN team.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and capacity planning for the GGN team.
- Ensure compliance with regional labor law and BGV requirements across all team activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of previous work experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or a related field.
- Prior people-management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Workday, Prohance, or equivalent TA/HR systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-regional collaboration skills.
