We're looking for a strategic and innovative Product Manager to join our team in Liverpool, United Kingdom. In this role, you will own the product vision and strategy, driving the development and launch of products that delight our customers. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational goals and market opportunities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify customer needs and inform product decisions
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering and design teams
- Analyze product metrics, user behavior, and performance data to drive continuous improvement and optimize product features
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception through launch, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional product teams, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment across departments
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback, translating insights into actionable product improvements
- Communicate product updates, progress, and strategic initiatives to stakeholders, executives, and the broader organization
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain product relevance
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related product-focused role
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from concept to market
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills with proficiency in interpreting metrics and KPIs
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities
- Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and customer-centric product development
- Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about product opportunities
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis methodologies
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Background in software development or technical field
- Experience managing SaaS or technology products
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and tools
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- Knowledge of product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
