Key Responsibilities
Production Monitoring: Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Production Planning: Execute production schedules to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Process Optimization: Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and minimize waste.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
Equipment Monitoring: Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operations and minimize downtime.
Performance Reporting: Prepare daily production reports and monitor production KPIs.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Team Supervision: Supervise production operators and ensure compliance with operational procedures.
Continuous Improvement: Implement initiatives to improve productivity, reduce defects, and optimize production costs.

Requirements
Experience: 3-7 years of proven success in a Manufacturing or Production environment.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability in Team supervision & coordination with a focus on mentorship and performance.
Technical Mastery: Expert knowledge of Production efficiency, waste reduction, and Quality Control methodologies.
Methodologies: Strong background in Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement.
Safety & Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety standards within a factory setting.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Production reporting & KPI monitoring and Equipment performance monitoring.
Soft Skills: Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Career Level: This is an Experienced level role requiring a proactive and self-motivated professional.
English Proficiency: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
