This is a first-line, hands-on people leadership role supporting a local team of a global operation. The focus is on day-to-day execution, prioritization, coaching, and performance support to deliver timely, high-quality client solutions.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Job Responsibilities:

Provide daily guidance, prioritization, and support to Presentation Specialists to ensure processes and methodologies are followed
Track work in progress and team coverage; monitor core metrics (demand vs. capacity) and escalate risks/issues to management
Support onboarding and training; provide ongoing feedback and coaching to drive quality and timeliness
Ensure adherence to HR/Compliance and departmental policies and procedures, including health & safety guidelines
Foster a positive, inclusive team environment; remove blockers and drive rapid resolution for clients
Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation in partnership with management and global partners

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

Bachelor’s degree
Advanced English
10+ years of relevant operations/service delivery experience
Proven experience leading a team is required.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to KPI tracking and basic workforce planning
