As an Quality Analyst within the Kinexys platform, you safeguard the quality, reliability, and security of blockchain-based applications that support institutional finance workflows. You design and execute testing strategies across distributed ledger environments to protect transaction integrity, data immutability, and regulatory compliance at scale. You collaborate across cross-functional teams in an environment that supports diversity, inclusion and opportunity, where testing rigor directly underpins client trust.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design comprehensive manual and automated test strategies for Kinexys blockchain applications
• Develop detailed test cases covering functional, integration, regression, application programming interface, and end-to-end testing
• Execute validation of programmable payments, asset tokenization, on-chain foreign exchange, Blockchain Deposit Accounts, and near-real-time settlement workflows
• Test smart contracts, distributed ledger transactions, and blockchain node interactions across relevant environments
• Validate transaction integrity, immutability, and data consistency across the ledger
• Coordinate performance, load, and security and penetration-related testing in partnership with stakeholders
• Create test plans, test data, defect logs, and traceability matrices that support auditability and control needs
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts through Agile and Scrum ceremonies
• Log defects, track resolution, and manage closure using Jira
• Support user acceptance testing and document evidence aligned to regulatory and internal control requirements

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Earn a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrate 2+ years of quality assurance or software testing experience
• Apply experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Playwright
• Use application programming interface testing tools such as Postman or REST Assured
• Explain core concepts in blockchain and distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and digital assets
• Perform Structured Query Language queries for database validation and test verification
• Apply experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines and tools such as Jenkins and Git
• Apply working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies and defect management practices using Jira
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders across testing cycles

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• Validate experience testing blockchain platforms such as Ethereum or Hyperledger
• Demonstrate knowledge of payments, foreign exchange, or settlement systems
• Write scripts in Java, Python, or JavaScript to support automation and test tooling
• Hold relevant certifications such as International Software Testing Qualifications Board or blockchain certifications
• Develop developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
