Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer Polyglot Systems (Node.js, React, Python & Go)

Location: Chennai (Hybrid Permanent Role)

Education Required: Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and technically proficient Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our core engineering group. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting responsive, intuitive user interfaces and building high-performance, resilient backend systems. You are a true polyglot engineer who understands the right tool for the jobwhether deploying real-time RESTful APIs in Node.js, automating data pipelines in Python, or building high-concurrency microservices in Go.

The ideal candidate is a Level 3 engineer who combines strong frontend craftsmanship with distributed backend design and containerized cloud-native platforms. You will develop component-driven UIs in React.js, write concurrent backend services in Go and Node.js (Express), automate processes using Python, manage relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Firestore) databases, and deploy workloads onto Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), OpenShift Virtualization (OSV), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Key Responsibilities:

- Frontend UI Engineering: Architect, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js, managing complex client state via Redux, Context API, and modern React hooks.

- Polyglot Backend Development: Design and implement robust, secure backend microservices and RESTful APIs using the optimal language for each workload: Node.js (Express), Python, and Go (Golang).

- Concurrent Systems Programming: Leverage Go for high-throughput, low-latency services, utilizing Goroutines, channels, and idiomatic concurrency patterns.

- Database & Data Storage: Design schemas, optimize queries, and manage transactional data across relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL document stores (Firestore).

- Containerization & Platform Deployment: Package applications using Docker and deploy services onto Red Hat OpenShift (OCP), Kubernetes, and OpenShift Virtualization (OSV) environments.

- CI/CD & GitOps Integration: Integrate automated build and release workflows using Git, Tekton, ArgoCD, and configuration automation via Ansible / PowerShell.

- Code Craftsmanship & Quality: Enforce clean-code standards, participate in peer code assessments, write comprehensive unit/integration test suites, and uphold application information security best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required Technical DNA:

- Polyglot Development Stack: Demonstrated proficiency in at least two core coding languages, with hands-on experience spanning React.js, Node.js, Python, and Go (Golang).

- Frontend & Backend Frameworks: Deep experience with React.js (Hooks, State Management), Express.js, RESTful API design, and Go concurrent patterns.

- Database Management: Solid working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (Firestore or MongoDB).

- Container & Linux Core: Strong background with Docker, Linux/Red Hat administration, and container orchestration on OpenShift / Kubernetes.

- Tenure: 6+ years of total IT experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to active full-stack software development.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

- Cloud & GitOps Edge: Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Tekton pipelines, and ArgoCD GitOps continuous delivery.

- Virtualization & Automation: Familiarity with OpenShift Virtualization (OSV/KubeVirt) and automated provisioning via Ansible.

- Technical Communication: Proven ability to articulate technical trade-offs (e.g., memory overhead, concurrency profiles, and execution speed across Python, Node, and Go).
