Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and integrate our enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building robust customizations across the Sales and Customer Service modules, seamlessly blending pro-code backend development with low-code Power Platform automation.
The ideal candidate is a Level 3 technical practitioner who bridges CRM configuration with advanced software engineering. You will write client-side JavaScript for enhanced UI behaviors, engineer server-side Plugins and Custom APIs, build complex workflow automations via Power Automate, and design tailored user screens using Canvas Apps and Custom Pages. Additionally, you will lead complex data integrations connecting Dataverse with external REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and cloud microservices (GCP/Azure) while leveraging GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Dynamics 365 Customization & Architecture : Design, configure, and develop robust solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and Customer Service modules) aligned with enterprise business requirements.
- Pro-Code Extension Engineering : Develop and maintain client-side scripting (JavaScript) for form customizations and UI logic. Design, build, and deploy secure backend Plugins and Custom APIs to extend core D365 functionality.
- Power Platform Automation : Build, maintain, and optimize complex cloud flows using Power Automate to streamline processes across connected enterprise systems. Develop tailored Canvas Apps and Custom Pages.
- Enterprise Integrations : Architect and implement secure, performant integrations between Dynamics 365 / Dataverse and external third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Microservices, Middleware, and Cloud platforms (GCP).
- ALM & Solution Governance : Ensure strict adherence to Dynamics 365 security models, role-based access, data governance, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices utilizing Managed/Unmanaged solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization : Perform deep root-cause analysis on system issues, performance bottlenecks, and API integration failures. Implement effective fixes and preventative telemetry.
- AI-Assisted Development : Actively leverage GitHub Copilot and modern AI coding assistants to maximize development velocity, code quality, and technical documentation.
Skills & Qualifications :
- Core D365 Mastery : 6+ years of strong, hands-on development experience configuring and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Customer Service).
- Programming Polyglot : Proven ability to write client-side JavaScript and backend server-side logic (Plugins, Custom APIs / C# .NET).
- Power Platform Expertise : Deep hands-on experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, and Canvas Apps.
- Integration Engineering : Demonstrated capability building data integrations via Web API, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth/Azure AD App Registrations, and Middleware routing.
- Tenure : 6+ years of total IT experience, with at least 4 years spent in active pro-code software development.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Functional and technical working knowledge of Omnichannel for Customer Service.
- Exposure to cloud-native microservices architecture or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) integrations.
- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Dynamics 365 customized certifications.
