Job Purpose

Responsible for Supporting Juhayna group Infrastructure (LAN & WAN), security, firewall and system protection. All Hardware, operating systems and telephone systems.

What you will do in your role

• Manage and administrate the corporate infrastructure windows servers and the environment that includes, (MS active directory, DNS (Domain name system), WSUS and DHCP (Dynamic host configuration protocol).
• Operate the corporate application that includes, SCCM (System center configuration manager) MS Data protection manager and the antivirus protection servers.
• Maintain the IP telephone system (Alcatel) for administration and troubleshooting.
• Manage and Configure MS Office 365 (E-mail System Administration).
• Configure network devices: Routers, Switches, Core Switches and Firewalls.
• Establish security procedures of the internal network security.
• Manage, control and secure internet access for corporate employees internally & externally in case of business need.
• Manage the network external security access for company resources through VPNs.
• Monitor the troubleshooting communication lines problems among company branches.
• Control and manage the Wi-Fi access in the company.

What you will bring to the role

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in Technical Support
• Language Proficiency: English
• Computer Proficiency: MS Office / MCSE / CCNA /CCNP /Security skills
