Job Position-HR Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.[2–4] years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a trading or Car import company.Good knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in [Amharic and English].Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); experience with HR or payroll software is an advantage.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, contracts, and HR files.
Prepare and process monthly payroll inputs, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Ensure compliance with the national labour law, tax, and pension regulations.
Support performance appraisal processes and follow up on evaluation outcomes.
Handle employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy.
Coordinate training and development activities for staff.
Draft HR letters, policies, and internal communications.
Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
