Our Campaign team consists of more than 75+ specialists - and it keeps growing: As our new Senior Campaign Analyst, you are the go-to person for all kinds of data-related requests, reports, and their automation. Your expertise will ensure that our campaigns are fueled by accurate data, actionable insights, and efficient reporting processes.

What you will be doing

• Collaborate with our Business Intelligence department to maintain correct and clearly defined data and KPIs in campaign dashboards.
• Stay informed about exceptions made for different clients, reflecting them in reports and analyses.
• Accelerate the reporting process for the campaigns team.
• Design and provide dashboards, along with data for weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure data sanity in our tools, Thoughtspot/Lightdash, and maintain data quality in external dashboards.
• Proactively detect the optimisation potential in our media campaigns.
• Conducting benchmarking and forecasting activities.

What we need from you

• Proven experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a deep understanding of business models and digital marketing channels.
• Deep understanding of the channels we use (Meta, TikTok, DV360) and their relevant KPIs, including their definition.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets, KPIs, and benchmarks.
• Exceptional skills in Excel and Google Spreadsheets, with the ability to quickly set up reports with data from various sources efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively, and simplify complex scenarios, bringing clarity and focus.
• Ability to remain composed and deliver error-free reports and dashboards even in high-pressure, stressful situations with tight deadlines, when faced with obstacles.
• A can-do attitude and positive mindset with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
• Great conduct in English. German is a plus.
