General Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Order fulfillment/picking using RF scanner gun. Responsible for completeness and accuracy for all orders filled in a manner that meets company standards for quality and productivity.
Quality control/shipping clerk. Responsible for accurately checking, packaging, invoicing and manifesting customer orders in a manner that meets company standards for quality and productivity.
Inventory stock clerk using RF scanner gun. Responsible for stock put away, replenishment, cycle counts and other basic inventory functions.
Will pay $18 an hour.
Job Responsibilities
· Pick ordered items from correct bin location
· Quality check to verify items and quantities match customer order
· Repack order boxes to the appropriate size when needed
· Remove any unnecessary product labels and/or work orders
· Daily stock putaway and replenishment
· Daily cycle counts
· Follow all best procedural practices
· Meet all production standards during peak season
· Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
· Follow all company policies as outlined in the employee handbook
· Maintain cleanliness of work area and stocked with necessary supplies
· Perform other duties as assigned or requested

· Must have dependable and reliable transportation.
· Must be able to operate forklift and electric pallet jack
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment sometimes for long hours
· Schedule flexibility to accommodate seasonal overtime needs including weekend work
· Ability to work under pressure with strong motivation and a sense of urgency
· Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
· Physical stamina - Must be capable of twisting, stooping, squatting, and reaching above shoulder level and crouching on a frequent basis
· Physical strength - Must be able to lift 30 lbs frequently
· Must be able to shift priorities easily
· Must be able to accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision
· Must be positive and friendly with ability to work in a team environment
