岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 全流程销售支持与持续优化：协助完成售前、售中、售后全流程工作，包括合同/订单制作、招投标文件处理、商务流程跟进、发货跟踪及售后问题协调，推动订单闭环与客户成功。
2. 客户对接与维护：负责小客户报价、需求响应及回款、进度跟进; 整理销售话术与弹药库，维护客户及销售数据库; 积极提出并推动优化方案，提升工作效率与客户体验。
3. 销售数据管理：汇总销售数据，输出分析报表，支撑策略优化; 参与销售底层建设，保障基础工作有序开展。
4. 营销活动协助：配合销售及市场活动的策划执行，参与调研与物料制作，助力业绩达成。
5. 事务与协调管理：统筹部门培训、展会等活动; 管理文件资料全流程; 协调内外部沟通，提升协同效率。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 本科学历及以上，专业不限，工商管理、企业管理等经管类、理工类专业优先，对2B销售有强烈的兴趣和发展意愿。
2. 工作认真细心，责任心强，做事靠谱且响应及时，确保合同、数据等关键信息零差错。
3. 具备良好的团队意识与服务意识，配合度高，能高效支撑团队目标达成。
4. 具有较强的执行能力，适应快节奏，高效处理多任务并保障交付质量; 具备较强的抗压能力，能接受短途出差。
5. 具备良好的英语沟通及书面表达能力。
