  • Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain opportunity, proposal, and award data from multiple business systems.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into pipeline health and business performance.
  • Analyze RFQ volumes, proposal activity, quote turnaround times, award rates, win/loss performance, and revenue opportunities.
  • Perform month-over-month, quarter-over-quarter, and year-over-year trend analysis to identify business growth patterns and performance gaps.

  • Collaborate closely with Program Management, Estimating, Sales, Engineering, and Business Development teams to improve data quality and reporting effectiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the proposal and quotation process and recommend process improvements to enhance responsiveness and win rates.
  • Standardize KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and dashboard formats to enable consistent reporting across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement through automation of reports, enhancement of analytics capabilities, and development of scalable business intelligence solutions.
  • Present data-driven insights and recommendations to management to support strategic decision-making and business growth initiatives.
