Associate Director - Strategic Partnerships (AI Projects)

Role Overview

We are hiring an Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships, AI Projects, for the new function to drive the adoption, measurable outcomes, and expansion of Kapture's AI solutions after deployment.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, delivery and technology, and focuses on translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value for enterprise clients.

The objective is to deliver measurable, outcome-driven solutions that deliver clear business value to customers.

This is a high-ownership role suited for individuals who can operate in evolving environments and contribute to building a new category of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption and success of AI solutions across key customer accounts.
• Establish clear baselines and track key business and AI performance metrics after go-live.
• Monitor whether AI deployments are delivering the intended customer outcomes and ROI.
• Work with account managers to drive the transition from Pilot → Adoption →

Scale → Expansion.

• Partner with Delivery and Product teams to address implementation, product, or adoption challenges.
• Engage with customers at key stages to review performance, demonstrate outcomes, and identify opportunities for scaling AI use cases.
• Build a structured approach, dashboards, trackers, and review mechanisms that can eventually be adopted across the wider organisation.
• Capture learnings and successful use cases to create repeatable playbooks for future AI deployments.
• Identify expansion opportunities based on demonstrated outcomes, including new use cases, higher volumes, and broader AI adoption.

Success in the Role

Success will be measured by the ability to:

• Increase adoption and utilisation of Kapture's AI products.
• Improve the conversion of AI pilots into scaled deployments.
• Demonstrate measurable customer outcomes and ROI.
• Reduce churn risk arising from stalled or low-adoption AI deployments.
• Identify and enable AI-led expansion opportunities.
• Build a repeatable AI adoption and conversion framework that can scale across

Kapture's customer base.
