Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager - AI Delivery, you will own some of our most complex and high-impact enterprise AI programs. You'll be the driving force behind taking LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions from strategy to successful go-live, while ensuring every implementation delivers measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex AI and SaaS implementation programs, from kickoff and planning through go-live, adoption, and long-term success.
- Lead enterprise deployments of LLM-based chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Act as a strategic customer-facing leader, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and driving CXO-level reviews.
- Translate business requirements into structured delivery roadmaps while working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and AI teams.
- Drive Agile execution through sprint planning, daily scrums, and delivery governance using tools like Jira or Asana.
- Mentor Project Managers and delivery teams, manage risks proactively, and ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3+ years in a senior or team-handling role.
- Successfully delivered enterprise-scale, customer-facing SaaS, AI, or technology implementations.
- Hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-powered solutions, such as chatbots, voicebots, or conversational AI platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.
- Expertise in project planning, scope management, delivery tracking, and governance.
