Forward Deployed Software Engineer

As a Founding FDE, you will work directly with customers to understand their business problems, build AI agent solutions, integrate them with existing systems, deploy them into production, and ensure they deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer workflows, identify automation opportunities, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Build and deploy AI agents using LLMs, tool calling, RAG, integrations, and agent architectures.
• Integrate agents with APIs, CRMs, databases, and internal systems.
• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle: discovery, development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate agent performance, troubleshoot failures, and improve accuracy, reliability, and task completion.
• Work with customers, product, and engineering teams to improve the platform and build reusable components.

Requirements:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including backend systems, APIs, databases, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompting, tool calling, RAG, and AI agent architectures.
• Ability to understand complex workflows and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills.
• High ownership, execution speed, and comfort working directly with customers in an early-stage environment.
• Voice AI experience is a plus, not mandatory.
