В связи с расширением команды мы ищем аналитика в группу HR аналитики.

Чем предстоит заниматься:

  • Анализ данных (основной источник - SQL HR база данных);
  • Разработка, поддержка и развитие аналитических HR-отчетов и дашбордов (основной инструмент - PowerBI);
  • Проверка на основе данных гипотез для обсуждения с HR-функциями и бизнесом;
  • Описание результатов и оформлением их для презентации бизнесу;
  • Создание прогнозных моделей по HR-показателям;
  • Участие в развитии инфраструктуры хранения HR-данных.

Что необходимо для этого:

  • Опыт работы в аналитике от 2 лет;
  • Опыт написания сложных запросов в SQL;
  • Опыт разработки дашбордов в PowerBI (обязательно знание языка DAX);
  • Аналитическое мышление, умение структурировать и визуализировать информацию;
  • Внимательность и пунктуальность в работе;
  • Постоянно стремление к улучшениям и оптимизации;
  • Понимание сферы HR, опыт работы в C&B или финансах, формирования управленческой HR-отчетности является преимуществом;
  • Наличие портфолио а также работа с Python является преимуществом.
