This is an excellent opportunity for a recent engineering graduate or early-career engineer to gain broad exposure to the complete product development lifecycle while working alongside experienced hardware, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and systems engineers.

In this role, you will help ensure that new products meet applicable safety, environmental, wireless, and regulatory requirements from concept through product launch. • Coordinate product testing activities with internal teams and external certification laboratories.
  • Assist in preparing certification applications, technical documentation, and test materials.
  • Track testing schedules, certification milestones, and project deliverables.
  • Support efforts to obtain and maintain product certifications.

Standards and Compliance

  • Research standards and regulatory requirements applicable to security, sensing, wireless, and life-safety products.
  • Monitor changes in regulations and communicate relevant updates to project teams.

Professional Development

  • Develop expertise in global product safety, environmental, and wireless compliance requirements.
  • Build working relationships with engineering teams, certification agencies, and testing laboratories.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities related to product compliance and certification engineering.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 0 to 3 years of engineering experience, including internships or co-op assignments.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
