Position 6: Junior Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:Responsible for providing first-line technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and datacenter-related issues while ensuring excellent customer service.

Education & CertificationsEducational Requirements: BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
