Responsable de coordinar y supervisar las actividades de limpieza y sanidad en planta, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de inocuidad, calidad y seguridad, así como la continuidad de las operaciones productivas.

Actividades Principales

  • Supervisar las actividades diarias del personal operativo de sanidad.
  • Verificar la correcta ejecución de los procedimientos de limpieza y saneamiento.
  • Coordinar actividades con las áreas de Producción, Calidad y Operaciones.
  • Dar seguimiento a hallazgos, acciones correctivas y desviaciones relacionadas con limpieza e inocuidad.
  • Participar en la atención de auditorías internas, externas y visitas de planta.
  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a programas de capacitación del personal.
  • Monitorear indicadores operativos y resultados relacionados con los procesos de limpieza.
  • Administrar actividades operativas del equipo, incluyendo seguimiento de personal y actividades administrativas básicas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los programas y procedimientos establecidos para sanidad en planta.
  • Dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y actividades preventivas relacionadas con el programa de Manejo Integral de Plagas.

Experiencia y habilidades

  • Carrera técnica o Ingeniería en Alimentos, Bioquímica, Química, Industrial o afín.
  • Experiencia supervisando personal operativo dentro de ambientes industriales o de manufactura.
  • Conocimientos de procesos de limpieza y saneamiento en planta.
  • Conocimientos básicos de inocuidad alimentaria y sistemas de gestión de calidad.
  • Experiencia en interacción con áreas de Producción, Calidad y Operaciones.
  • Conocimiento de HACCP, BPM y deseable exposición a FSSC 22000.
  • Experiencia participando en auditorías internas o externas.
  • Manejo básico de Excel y herramientas de Microsoft Office.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos.
  • Deseable experiencia en la industria de alimentos, bebidas o manufactura.
