• Own design and delivery of full-stack AI solutions (Python, Django, React) from discovery to production on AWS.
• Architect and ship RAG systems and LLM-based workflows, including retrieval quality, evaluation and guardrails.
• Lead technical discussions with customers, translate business problems into solutions and drive adoption.
• Design scalable, secure AWS deployments (ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch) with CI/CD.
• Set engineering standards, review code and mentor junior forward deployed engineers.
• Feed field insights into the product roadmap.

Qualifications

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong full-stack delivery.
• Expert in Python and Django; strong React (TypeScript preferred).
• Deep AWS experience.
• AI experience is required: production LLM applications, RAG, vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering and LLM evaluation.
• Proven customer-facing delivery and stakeholder management.
• Strong system design, API, SQL and data modeling skills.

Preferred

• LangChain or LlamaIndex, fine-tuning, Docker/Kubernetes, Terraform or CDK, and team-lead experience.
