Role Overview:

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition professional to join our HR team in Gurgaon. The role will involve supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and recruitment-related documentation.

Requirements

· Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.

· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

· Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment tracker.

· Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation, offers, and joining.

· Support offer management and pre-joining activities.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

· Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring trackers.

· Assist with other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as required.

Requirements:

· MBA/PGDM with a specialization in HR and minor in Finance or equivalent.

· 0-6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

· Freshers with relevant HR/Recruitment internship experience are preferred.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

· Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.

· Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.

· Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Candidates should be comfortable working onsite from Gurgaon.
