US Packaging Associate

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Work Location: Hybrid (Must work onsite 3 days per week, rest of week is WFH)

Our major pharmaceutical client in Indianapolis is looking for an experienced US Packaging Associate to join their clinical trial supply management team.

They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive team member to support key supply chain operations in collaboration with external vendors and internal systems. This role is integral to ensuring smooth material movements, accurate data management, & effective label inventory control.

A successful candidate for this role is quick to learn new computer programs & follow established processes to confirm/process packaging of pharmaceutical drugs for clinical trials around the globe. This person can communicate via email in a professional manner with internal & external customers. They are able to complete daily tasks independently, while also open to learning & supporting the team as time allows. This person is able to prioritize work effectively & is familiar with following a timeline.

Currently, this position is hybrid, with three days a week on campus. During training, some additional in-person days may be required. Due to the nature of the pandemic, the successful candidate should be open to both working more in-person days in the future as well as open to working completely remote if that is needed.

Daily responsibilities:

• Collaborate with external vendors and Collaboration Partners (CPs) to verify qualifications.
• Monitor bulk label stock inventory and initiate reorders as needed.
• Manage decommissioning and destruction of labels. Enter data into the deviation management system to address HUB carrier shipment issues
• Support temperature excursion (deviation) processes for designated CPs
• Coordinate material movements across systems and teams.
• Provide systems support for Trackwise, SAP, eCTS, ATLAS, and QualDocs.
