• Strategic Planning & Development: Take the lead in developing comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, and progress tracking for complex engineering and construction projects.

• Performance Monitoring & Control: Continuously monitor project progress against baselines, identify potential delays or risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication of project status and forecasts.

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare insightful reports and analyses on project performance, highlighting key metrics, variances, and recommendations for optimization.

• Methodology & Best Practices: Champion best practices in project planning and scheduling, contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering methodologies.

Requirements

• Experience That Matters: A minimum of 1-3 years of progressive experience in a Planning Engineer or similar project management role within the engineering, construction, or civil/architecture sectors.

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline is essential.

• Master of Planning: Demonstrated expertise in Planning and Project Management methodologies, including schedule development, resource loading, and progress tracking.

• Engineering Acumen: Strong understanding of fundamental Engineering principles and construction processes.

• Technical Prowess: Proven ability to utilize planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).

• Risk & Schedule Management: Solid experience in Risk Management, Schedule Management, and Cost Control for large-scale projects.

• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional Stakeholder Communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective collaboration.
