Missions principales

Anticipation & conception industrielle

  • Interfacer avec les équipes R&I et les CM pour challenger les choix techniques d'un point de vue industriel (PFMEA, DFx)
  • Produire et maintenir la documentation de préparation à la production (SOP, flux process, plan de contrôle de fabrication)
  • Piloter la conception technique du packaging (boîte retail, notice utilisateur, masters/palettes)

Industrialisation & mise en ligne

  • Évaluer la maturité industrielle des fournisseurs et des CM, consolider les RFI/RFQ
  • Qualifier avec le CM les équipements de production (moules, outillages, bancs de contrôle)
  • Piloter la mise en place des lignes de fabrication pour chaque run (EVT, DVT, PVT)

Suivi de production & montée en cadence

  • Suivre les builds DVT/PVT/MP1 avec le CM et animer les Build Reviews (analyse des écarts, rendement, capabilité)
  • Contribuer aux jalons GO/NOGO et gérer les Samples
  • Piloter le suivi des ECR/ECO et les KPIs de production en phase série

Missions transversales

  • Détenir et faire évoluer les templates et procédures du processus NPI, capitaliser le REX
  • Contribuer à la roadmap d'innovation industrielle et aux initiatives d'amélioration continue
  • Interfacer avec les équipes R&I, Qualité, Achats et Supply Chain
