Account Manager

Role objective:Manage customer relationships and achieve commercial growth in northern Netherlands. Ensure satisfied and loyal customers. Increase revenue by identifying and acting on sales opportunities. Act as the key point of contact between the customer and the internal organization.

Tasks, activities and results:

Achieve revenue growth in line with the annual plan/targets.

Conduct visits to potential new and existing customers in accordance with the annual plan.

Execute planned promotional activities such as roadshows, trade fairs, etc.

Achieve SalesForce.com “pipeline health target” and “win rate”.

Responsibilities

Achieving sales targets.

Maximizing customer satisfaction (survey score in the green).

Keeping all SalesForce customer data up to date (account plans, quotations, pipeline, pipeline health, etc.).

Authorities

As defined in SalesForce.com.

Represent the voice of the customer for internal communication.

Act as a centralized point of contact for the customer.

Frequent working contacts:

Internal: Sales organization, technical and other support teams.

External: Partners/customers, consultants, end users, fire departments, inspection bodies.

Objective: Ensure growth and quality, efficient internal collaboration, and optimal customer satisfaction.

Working conditions:

Mainly home based work with significant travel by car.

Limited physical strain.
