  • Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial conditions.

  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, Warehouse, and Finance teams to understand and prioritize project requirements.

  • Monitor outstanding purchase orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules, proactively resolving delays and supply issues.

  • Support procurement planning and cost optimization across multiple concurrent projects.

  • Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, supplier information, and ERP data.

  • Monitor supplier performance and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

  • Ensure compliance with internal purchasing procedures, approval workflows, and contractual requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within construction, engineering, energy, industrial, or other project-based environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order management.

  • Good understanding of procurement workflows, purchasing documentation, and supplier coordination.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent command of Greek and good working knowledge of English.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and meet demanding project deadlines.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Previous procurement experience in EPC, Renewable Energy, BESS, electrical equipment, or construction projects.

  • Familiarity with technical materials, equipment procurement, and construction-site requirements.

  • Experience coordinating procurement activities across multiple project locations.

  • Proven ability to resolve supplier issues, negotiate effectively, and anticipate delivery risks.

  • A proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach, with strong attention to detail.
