Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for Kily's AI-powered marketplace solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize marketplace seller workflows using AI and intelligent agents.
  • Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, data, and business teams to define and execute product initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements and customer problems into clear PRDs, user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define product metrics and success criteria and use data to drive product decisions.
  • Work with engineering teams on APIs, third-party marketplace integrations, data pipelines, system workflows, and automation.
  • Understand technical constraints and actively participate in architecture and solution discussions.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to identify and prioritize use cases for AI agents, recommendation systems, optimization, and automation.
  • Develop products around marketplace operations such as catalog/listing management, pricing, promotions, advertising, inventory, and seller analytics.
  • Conduct customer and market research to understand seller pain points and marketplace dynamics.
  • Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, and effort.
  • Drive products through development, testing, launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
