Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

DEINE AUFGABEN

Du übernimmst eine aktive Rolle bei der internal IT Transformation. Im Tagesgeschäft übernimmst Du ca. 50% Projektaufgaben, 40% User support und 10% unterstützt Du bei der Weiterentwicklung Deiner KollegenInnen. Du leitest einige Projekte selbständig und bist außerdem sehr vertraut in der Linux Welt. Wir arbeiten mit vielen KollegenInnen weltweit eng zusammen weshalb unsere Unternehmenssprache Englisch ist.

Für diese Position ist eine Office-Präsenz von 3-4 Tagen pro Woche in München erforderlich.

• Betrieb und kontinuierlicher Ausbau unseres internen heterogenen Netzwerks mit getrennten VLANs über mehrere Stockwerke, WiFi für über 150 Clients und VPNs

• Betrieb unseres Proxmox-Clusters und NetApp-Storage und der darauf bereitgestellten VMs (Linux und Windows)

• Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung unserer Backup- und Monitoring Systeme
• Administration von User-Accounts, Gruppen und Berechtigungen in Microsoft Active Directory und Entra ID
• IT-Ausstattung (Laptops, Handys, etc.) und Support für alle Mitarbeiter von KINEXON
• Administration des Active Directory und Entra ID Tenant

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Du verfügst über eine Hands-on Mentalität und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit Linux mit, fühlst dich sicher auf der Kommandozeile und hast idealerweise eine Linux-Zertifizierung (z. B. LPIC, RHCA o. ä.)
• Außerdem beherrscht du Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift
• Du legst Wert auf Security und implementierst Systeme dementsprechend
• Erfahrung im Betrieb von unternehmenskritischer Netzwerk- und Serverinfrastruktur sind von Vorteil
• Idealerweise hast du fundiertes Knowhow bzgl. Netzwerkkonfiguration, Routing, Firewalls, VPN, Virtualisierung
• Eine Skriptsprache (z.B. Python, Bash oder PowerShell) ist von Vorteil
• Azure und AWS-Kenntnisse ein Nice2Have
