Tracking Operator (m/f/d) TSV HANNOVER-BURGDORF

KINEXON unterstützt Sportler und Teams dabei, ihre Fähigkeiten intelligent einzusetzen und neue Maßstäbe zu setzen. Durch das KINEXON-System werden präzise Leistungsdaten im Spiel während der gesamten Saison für Verein und Medienanbieter zur Verfügung gestellt. 

DEINE AUFGABEN ALS TRACKING OPERATOR (M/F/D)

• Mitverantwortung für die Durchführung der Handballbundesligaspiele der TSV Hannover-Burgdorf
• Koordinierung des Ablaufs am Spieltag für KINEXON
• Monitoring des KINEXON Systems an Spieltagen
• Kommunikation zu Verein, Schiedsrichter und Medienanbieter
• Einbringen von Kundenfeedback
• Kommunikationsschnittstelle zum Spielfeld (Trainerteam, Schiedsrichter)
• Kontrolle der Daten und Metriken

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Du bist sportinteressiert und hast besonderes Interesse an Handball
• Du besitzt Grundkenntnisse in Technologien (Rechner und Netzwerk)
• Du hast Kenntnisse in Sportstatistiken
• Du bist zeitlich flexibel und hast Zeit die Heimspieltag der Mannschaft (Wochenende und teilweise unter der Woche bis 4h vor Spielbeginn) zu betreuen
• Du bist - wie die Mannschaft auf dem Spielfeld - ein richtiger Teamplayer und bringst gern deine eigenen Ideen und Erfahrungen ein

RAHMENBEDINGUNGEN

• Anstellung als Freelancer oder im Rahmen eines Minijobs
• Arbeitszeit: Einsatz an Spieltagen ca. 6 Stunden pro Spiel - ca. 2-3 Spiele pro Monat
• Start: Saison 2026/2027
• Dauer: Eine Saison + Option auf Weiterführung
