岗位职责 / Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoot process issues during production; analyze technical problems and drive cross-team collaboration (Production, Quality, Equipment) to ensure high-quality manufacturing.
2. Optimize process flow and parameters; develop and maintain SOPs and control plans.
3. Coordinate across departments to resolve quality deviations, equipment mismatches, and operational gaps.
4. Support new product trials, define trial process plans, and facilitate mass production transfer.
5. Train line operators on process standards and build a knowledge base of resolved cases.
任职要求 / Requirements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Polymer Materials, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
2. Familiar with plastic processing technologies (extrusion, injection molding, compounding) and relevant equipment.
3. Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab/JMP are a plus); knowledge of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001, 8D, FMEA, QC tools.
4.Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills; result-oriented and hands-on.
