岗位职责 / Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Oversee in-process quality management and product quality control at Penang Plant to ensure compliance across all operations

Manage the daily operation of the laboratory and supervise testing activities

2. Drive the establishment and continuous improvement of the quality management system

3. Collaborate with production teams on quality improvement initiatives to maintain stable manufacturing quality

4. Liaise with Group Quality Center to implement corporate quality strategies and enhance overall plant quality performance

5. Coordinate cross-functional resources and team management across quality control, testing, and system compliance

任职要求 / Requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

2. Strong cross-departmental communication and teamwork skills

Proficient in both Chinese and English (verbal and written)

Experience in overseas plants or multinational manufacturing companies is a plus
